REQUIREMENTS

The transfer of artwork from client to the shoppe is an important one.

There are 3 ways to transfer your artwork to us:

1) Emailinfo@millersignshoppe.com

2) Dropbox (for files too large to email)

3) Bring your artwork into the Shoppe on a Flash Drive or CD

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES

Vector (PREFERRED)

these are files we are able to manipulate if needed; They will PRODUCE the best quality

PDF

(muse be Press Quality with CMYK, High Resolution images, and embedded fonts)

EPS

(minimum 300 DPI resolution)

 

TIFF

(minimum 300 DPI resolution)

JPEG

(minimum 300 DPI resolution)

 

Files Not accepted:

Microsoft electronic files are not accepted

as output for print production.

This includes Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.

ALL LOGOS MUST BE IN VECTOR FORMAT

Basic Guidelines for Sending in Artwork:

  • Always try to send in VECTOR artwork. This allows our designers to manipulate and adjust artwork as needed. This file format also leads to the best quality results when it comes print.

  • Specify any and all fonts used in your existing artwork if known.

  • Outline ALL fonts before sending it to the shoppe.

  • Photographs and raster images must have at least a quality of 300 pixels per inch.

  • We recommend type size not be smaller than 6 points. Otherwise, readability issues will arise.

  • We recommend a minimum line thickness  of .5 points. Otherwise, lines may not print.

Or, if your files are too large for email, you can upload them right here through Dropbox. If you need to upload through Dropbox, you will need to sign up for a free account if you haven't already. Don't worry, it's pretty simple!
